believe me, your vagina is fine. There are many women who have elongated clitorides
The clitoris is in fact, our female version of a small penis. it enlarges when its stimulated, just like a males penis would.
and just like a males penis, they come in a lot of different shapes/sizes/colors 
they average on about three inches internally, but some tend to poke out a little more than others.

Dont be too self-conscious about it, i’ve read many stories where women actually LOVE their long lips! and men don’t have a problem with them.

Also, there is such a thing as Labiaplasty, which is cosmetic surgery to change the structure of your vulva/reduce the size of your labia; if you really wanted to do something to change it.
